Radamel Falcao’s time in English football obvious to be coming to an end after he has found himself out of favour at Chelsea.

The club recently witnessed a managerial change that saw Guus Hiddink return to the club for a second spell. After giving Falcao a couple of opportunities, the Dutchman has decided to trust Diego Costa and Bertrand Traore when it comes to the striking duties. Falcao has been a major disappointment in his second season in English football. Last season, he made a minor impact at Manchester United and this season he has been subdued even further.

Mircea Lucescu, the head coach of Shakhtar Donetsk, has said that he would not try to become an obstruction for any of his players who have the opportunity to go and join the best teams in the continent.

It has come to the news recently that the current Premier League title holders Chelsea wants the Brazil international Alex Texeira who has been a gun player for Shakhtar over the last 3-4 years.

Although, Lucescu denied that Shakhtar had had any official approach from the Blues, but, he made clear that if that happens to be the case in the coming days, the club would surely consider it.

Brazilian outfit Flamengo have managed to secure the signing of defender Pablo Armero on a season-long loan deal from Udinese.

Even though the player belongs to Udinese, he has been at AC Milan on another loan spell. This has been brought to an end in order to facilitate the player to return to Brazilian football with immediate effect.Armero last played in the Brazilian league back in the 2009 campaigns with Palmeiras. They were incidentally managed by current Flamengo boss Vanderlei Luxemburgo. It is quite clear thatLuxemburgo rates Armero as a top name.

Arsene Wenger seems to always be experiencing huge amounts of criticism from the supporters of Arsenal as the fans want to see the club winning a major title which has not happened since the season of 2003-04 when the English side managed to clinch the Premier League trophy.

Vanderlei Luxemburgo, who is in charge of Brazilian club Flamengo for a fourth spell, says that he has an agreement with the club’s board to remain in charge of the team even if results do not go as planned over the next few months.

The former Real Madrid and Brazil national team boss is regarded as one of the finest South American coaches. However, he has been unable to get a consistent set of results with Flamengo in his fourth spell. The 62-year-old may have a strong line-up with the likes of Eduardo Da Silva, who has played for Arsenal and Shakhtar Donetsk in the past, in the starting line-up, but he has been unable to get Flamengo challenging for the title.

Former Arsenal striker Eduardo da Silva has been in impressive form for his new team Flamengo in the last four matches. The Brazilian club recently brought the striker back to Brazilian football from the Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk. His arrival to Flamengo comes at a point when the team has been struggling against the threat of relegation after a very poor start to the season. However, the last five matches has brought about a significant change in the fortunes after they have suffered just one defeat and won the remaining four matches.
